Waiver of Cancellation Rights

If your photoshoot is scheduled to take place within 14 days of you making the booking and / or signing this contract, please ensure that this box is ticked in order for your photoshoot to go ahead.

I confirm that the photoshoot should be carried out on the photoshoot date, even though the photoshoot date occurs during my 14 day cooling off period. I understand that I lose my right to cancel the contract once the photoshoot is complete and that I must pay for services provided prior to cancellation. Please note that this box is required to be checked if your shoot is to take place within a period of 14 days from booking, otherwise we will be unable to take your booking.
